One of my grade school friends passed recently. I could not get to his service, which was out-of-state so I offered to send JFK Cards to his wife with his family & friends. This is what she asked me to write on her introductory envelope. It was very simple. The coins on the JFK Thank You Cards that she passed out matched the dates shown on the envelope.
